Air Handling Units play an important role in overall performance of the HVAC system. In view of all theoretical and practical problems, Air System has developed double skin units suitable for multiple applications. Self-supporting extruded aluminium framework with injected PUF insulated panels provide strength and rigidity. Air System AHUs range from 500 CFM to 50000 CFM. The base unit consists of fan section, coil section, filter section and mixing box. Pre-Fabricated Ducts Air System has in house manufacturing of pre-fabricated ducts. The ducts are fabricated on latest CNC machines which align, make stiffening braces, notch, bend and cut the duct to size, all in a sequence as data is fed into the machines directly from the drawings.
