Air System offers a versatile Wall Partition System, available in both Progressive and Non-Progressive types. Our modular wall panels are constructed from Double Skin Panels made of Pre-coated or Powder Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI), featuring inner and outer skins with a standard thickness ranging from 0.6 0.8 mm. Standard widths for these wall panels are 1200mm, 1000mm, and 900mm, while the thickness options include 50mm, 75mm, 80mm, and 100mm. These panels are designed with integrated PVC conduits for electrical cables, and the 80mm and 100mm panels are specifically engineered to accommodate return air ducts and built-in risers. Panel heights can be adjusted up to 3500mm, with provisions for stackable panels to meet various spatial requirements. This design flexibility ensures that our wall partition systems can be tailored to fit any clean room configuration, providing robust, easy-to-install solutions for your controlled environment needs.
